The first part...
The journey starts with you and your team completing the online assessment which creates individual Everything DiSC profiles. This will include your own work behavioural style and preferences, as well as each team member's style. The next stage is for us all to discuss the results and work together to agree the way forward. This will give you access to Catalyst which is your online portal where you can access all the information you need to continue developing yourself and your individual team members.
Add-on options for managers
You can purchase optional add-ons throughout the journey to enhance your experience:
A one-on-one meeting with you, the manager, to discover Agile EQ, a part of the Everything DiSC Management tool. You will discover tips on how to manage different styles effectively.
